Gerhatdson, Acting Administrator <br />DATE: Septemoer 5, 1991 <br />SUBJECT: Woodhill Country Cluo Sanitary Sewer Service Aareeirent <br />In March ot 1991 Council approved the Woodnili Country Club <br />request to construct and connect a sanitary sewer line to the <br />existing sanitary sewer line at Russell Avenue. Council directed <br />staff to develop an agreement with Woodhi 1 1 Country Cluo witn <br />reference to Woodhill Country Cluo owning and maintaining the <br />sewer line after it was constructed. <br />After further review it is my opinion that the sewer line once <br />constructed should Oe owned and maintained oy the C:ty of Orono. <br />I have requested the Woodhill representative amend the agreement <br />accordingly. <br />Recommendation - to approve the agreement with Woodhill Coun»r <br />Club for the construction of a sanitary sewer line from the <br />property and facilities to the existing municipal sanitary sewei <br />line at Russell Avenue and for the ownership and maintenance of <br />tne sewer line thereafter.
