M <br />CITY OF ORONO <br />COUNTY OF HENNEPIN <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE 1992 BUDGET FOR <br />THE LAKE MINNETONKA CABLE COMMUNICATIONS COMMISSION <br />NHERBAS, the Commission was issued a Regular Certificate <br />of confirmation by the Minnesota Cable Commission Board relative <br />to the Cable Communicatior«* Franchise; <br />NHBRBASf the City of Orono is an existing member of the <br />Commission; <br />WHEREAS* said ]oint and cooperative effort is authorized <br />by Minnesota Statutes Section 238.08, Subd. 5; <br />WHEREAS* the existing joint powers agreement provides <br />that the member cities of Commission shall review and approve the <br />Commission budget; <br />IBREAS* the City has reviewed the 1992 budget of the <br />siu.i and believes it to be proper; <br />NOW* THBRBPORB* be it resolved, that the City Council of <br />the City of Orono approves the 1992 budget of the Lake Minnetonka <br />Cable Communications Commission. <br />The above lis^.J resolut on was moved by <br />and duly seconded by_ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ __ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ <br />The following Council Membt'S voted in the affirmative; <br />The following ncil Members voted in the negative; <br />The above re-j Jtion was duly adopted on September 9, <br />1991. <br />ATTEST;Barbara A.
