With this procedure, the property owner <br />hak the ability to complete his survey work and submiw it to the <br />county Engineer for preliminary approval, while taking a slight <br />risk that, although not anticipated, septic testing might <br />indicate the need for minor lot line revisions. <br />Planning Conmisaion Reconmendation <br />At their January 17th meeting, Planning Commission voted <br />6 to 1 to recommend approval subject to the nine conditions noted <br />in the Notice of Planning Commision Action (Exhibit A <br />Staff Keci tndation <br />Staff recommends approval per the reco-^mendat n of the <br />Planning Commission. A resolution '•-r preliminary v'ac approval <br />is attached for Council review.
