r <br />■Of <br />Ctfy <br />SPECIAL MEETING OF THE ORONO COUNCIL <br />3:30 P.M., JULY 30, 1991 <br />199x: <br />Members present; Mayor Barbara Peterson, CounciImeoibers J. Dianne <br />Goetten, Ed Callahan, Gabriel Jabbour and Mary Butler. Acting <br />Administrator John R. Gerhardson and Jack Boatman were also in <br />attendance. <br />Following a review of the Request for Proposals from four <br />companies offering construction manager services, Callahan moved, <br />Peterson seconded to direct staff to negotiate an <br />agreement/contract with Kraus/Anderson to provide a construction <br />manager for the new city facility and that the fixed amount of <br />the contract not exceed $90,000 and that the reimbursibles amount <br />not exceed $106,950. All voted aye. Motion passed. <br />It was moved by Callahan, seconded by Peterson, to adjourn the <br />special meeting at 5:00 p.m. All voted aye. Motion passed. <br />Barbara A.
