Following the <br />public hewing, the Council vrauld be In a position to take action. If it is so incUned. to establish <br />the HRA, designate offlcers and possibly adopt by-laws. <br />In order to begin prelmlnary drafting of lease documents for the Council's review, we would <br />euQQeit a bond attorney be identified, possibly Dorsey & Whitney which flmi acts as the City's <br />allsmats attorney and also has significant experience with lease financing. <br />Also enclosed are sample lease documents.
