Prior to additional work being done over and <br />above that listed, it would be brought to Council for <br />authorization. This would come from the City's Council fund, <br />"Fund Balance". Although the City did set aside $5,000 for <br />overall Highway 12 Study work, it is anticipated that the bulk of <br />the work would be in 1991. <br />ALTERNATIVES - <br />1. Adopt. <br />2. Amend. <br />3. Table for further discussion. <br />RECOMMENDATION - It is recommended that SRF be engaged in the <br />form outlined in Attachment A and B to work in the transportation <br />area with John Shardlow to do land use work, as needed related <br />to Highway 12 corridor process. <br />PROPOSED MOTION - Moved by seconded by Orono City <br />Council authorizes the engagement of SRF for general <br />transportation purposes, planning purposes, together with <br />utilization of other systems in the Highway 12 process in <br />accordance with the schedule set forth in Attachment B and that <br />those monies come from the City's Fund Balance after the special <br />projects amount has been extended.
