Those cities who do not sign the <br />Shoreland Grant Agreement ard may pursue an agreement separately <br />with the DNR. <br />Long Tern Manegenent Program for Lake Minnetonka: <br />Xhe process was discussed for continuing review and finalizing a <br />Long Term Management Program. <br />Motion was made and second to accept the revised draft of the <br />Management Program prepared by Wayzata as the base document to <br />the UlCO and Metropolitan Council for revising the Program. <br />Motion was amended to include the 12 June 1990 letter from the <br />Mound Mayor for consideration as part of the revision of the <br />Management Program. Motions passed with one abstention. <br />Motion was made and second to include Orono's goals and <br />objectives document dated 19 April 1991 as a guide to the LMCD <br />and Metropolitan Council for revising the Management Program. <br />Motion passed. <br />ProcessI <br />James Uttley of the Metropolitan Council will be responsible for <br />revising the document. <br />A suggestion was made and agreed upon to revise the Management <br />Program one chapter at a time with meetings of the LMCD member <br />cities to consider each chapter. <br />Next meeting was tentatively scheduled for 19 June 1991 at 7:00 <br />PM at the City of Wayzata City Council Chambers. <br />Suggestion was made and agreed upon to hold a separate meeting to <br />be scheduled at a later date to discuss the LMCD budget process. <br />. i.-. , .J
