If Planning Commission members feel discussion and <br />consideration of aesthetics is necessary, members are encouraged <br />to provide additional direction. <br />Staff indation <br />To approve the commercial site plan for a temporary detached <br />structure to be used as part of a pollution abatement program for <br />the property located at 3425 Shoreline Drive owned by Richard <br />Keaveny. The approval of this site plan is based on the <br />following conditions: <br />1. Site plan to be altered such that accessory structure <br />meets 35' street side setback. If it is found that <br />applicant cannot meet the 35’ setback, an after-the- <br />fact variance application must be submitted by the <br />deadline of May 24th for the June 17th meeting of the <br />Planning Commission. Because of the need to expedite <br />the recovery process, staff shall present the <br />commercial site plan for Council review at the May 28th <br />meeting.
