In fact, 5' of <br />^imdscaping is proposed along the north, east and south sides of <br />the recovery building. <br />The Planning Commi oted unanimously to approve the <br />commercial site plan fOL nporary detached structure to be <br />used as a pollution abatemt.^ ouilding for the property located <br />at 3425 Shoreline Drive, subject to the following conditions: <br />1. Prior to the issuance of a building permit, the <br />applicant must provide an estimate of the average daily flow <br />of treated water discharged into sanitary sewer for the <br />review of City staff and City Engineer. <br />2. Applicant's consultant to provide copies of reports on <br />test results during monitoring period. <br />Please note a resolution is not required for commercial site <br />pXan review* The action of the Council is merely recorded in the <br />minutes of the official meeting and in the follow up written <br />notice to applicant. <br />In further discussions with the review staff, the temporary <br />aspect of the structure was addressed. If the Council is <br />concerned that this structure be removed at the time the <br />structure is no longer used as art of the pollution abatement <br />process# Council may ask that *... Keaveny, as owner, enter into <br />an agreement whereby he would agree to the removal of the <br />structure within a reasonable period of time or the City wxXl <br />2>OBOve the structure and assess all costs against the property. <br />Council may consider adding the execution of such an agreement as <br />a third condition of approval.
