It is further recommended that any <br />land use changes would then be applied for under land use <br />applications and proceed forward. It is further recommended that <br />3ny license approval is contingent upon accomplishment of the <br />land use application <br />Issue #4 - Marina Longterm Regulation - Once the marina licensing <br />is cornel.eted, Tt* is recommended that the lake use committee or <br />subgroup of it» wor< on deciding the best alternatives for the <br />City's regulatory power on the marinas. <br />Issue #5 2 Lake Use Composition - <br />composition outlined above providfi' <br />Council to appoint the committee. <br />Is is recommended that the <br />a general framework for the <br />PROPOSED MOTION - Moved by seconded by , the Council accept <br />information regarding the LMCD Comprehensive Plan,- work on the <br />Shoreland Regulations and that it formally establish a Lake Use <br />Committee composed of __ counciImembers^ __ Planning Commission <br />members and LMCD Representative and that they be assigned the <br />tasks of being a work group for shoreland regulations, marina <br />licensing and longterm marina use.
