The cities may request the public hearing within a shorter <br />time frame. <br />3. <br />4. <br />5. <br />Mn/DOT receives comments from cities and has 180 days to revise <br />and formally adopt the layout. It is not anticipated to take 180 <br />days for Mi/DOT final review and revisions <br />Laj out is sent out to the cities and agencies for final approval <br />Agencies have 120 days to approve or disapprove. <br />approved, it goes to final design. If it is not approved, <br />Mn/DOT can modify it again and agencies have 60 days to <br />approve/disapprove or the layout can go to an appeal board. <br />ITEM: Pedestrian Bridge and Trails <br />Looked at the plans for trails along the whole corridor. Two different options <br />one that runs aLng the existing railroad embankment and connects with Green <br />Glen P^k and the Luce Line Trail, and the alternative north of Co.
