We will mail the layout to the <br />cities to begin the layout approval process. The cities will have up to 120 days to express <br />their approval or disapproval. I will also send a copy to the members of the TH 12 DRC, <br />which will allow you time to review before the next meeting and come prepared with <br />comments. <br />The public hearing will be scheduled sometime between 90 and 120 days from the date of <br />the layout submittal to the cities and may be earlier at the city ’s request. We thought <br />maybe in December or January, depending on how the review process goes and how <br />many issues need to be resolved. <br />I <br />The EA will is near completion, still working on the 4(0 section and finalizing the figures <br />and tables. I anticipate sending it out for Mn/DOT and FHWA review in two weeks. I <br />have been told it will take about one month for the internal review. After those <br />comments come back we will make any changes and then submit the EA to the cities. <br />The EA has to be submitted to the cities 15 days prior to the public hearing. The timing <br />should work well with the layout review process. <br />I want to thank everyone for their time and input provided to this committee.
