A RESOLUTION GRANTING <br />VARIANCES TO <br />MUNICIPAL ZONING CODE <br />SECTION 10.03, SUBDIVISION 9 (A) <br />FILE #2401 <br />WHEREAS, Thomas Radke and Margaret Radke (hereinafter "the applicants") <br />are owners of the property located at 3424 Eastlake Street within the City of Orono hereinafter <br />"City") and legally described as follows: <br />Outlot B, Bayside Beach, Hennepin County, Minnesota, (hereinafter "the property"); and <br />WHEREAS, after due published and mailed notice in accordance with Minnesota <br />Statutes and the City of Orono Zoning and Planning Codes, the Orono Planning Commission <br />held a public hearing on September 21, 1998, at which times all persons desiring to be heard <br />concerning this application were given the opportunity to speak thereon; and <br />WHEREAS, the applicants have applied to the City for variance to Municipal <br />Zoning Code Section 10.03, Subdivision 9 (A) to permit construction of an accessory s'jucture <br />where no such accessory structure is normally allowed. <br />Minnesota: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Orono, <br />FINDINGS <br />1. <br />2. <br />This application was reviewed as Zoning File #2401. <br />The property is located in the LR-IA Single Family Lakeshore Residential <br />Zoning District. <br />3.The Orono Planning Commission reviewed this application on September 21, <br />1998 and recommended approval on a vote of 3 to 2. <br />4.
