The proposed <br />building is a 10’ by 14' storage shed for a total of 140 s.f. The aggregate square footage for the entire <br />lot would be 320 s.f The City Council allowed an accessory structure to be built on the lot to serve <br />property located at 3464 Eastlake Street. <br />This application requires the following variance: <br />1.
