Belt, Dep.Clk. <br />Minutes of meeting held on Oct.9,1961,were read and approved. <br />Mrs Emil Peterson,Secy.of the Casco Point Community League,was present inviting <br />Council members to attend a meeting of tnelr League at the Elizabeth Gardner <br />School on November I7th,I96I,at 8:00 P.M. ; <br />Geo Oscha of Fox Inc.Navarre,was present requesting permission to move a house : <br />00x22 ft.to a low lot on the grounds of the former Ferodowell nursery,tne site <br />to be filled in for a split level home.Tne house and site will be viewed by <br />Bagley and Hanson for furtner report at our next meeting. <br />Ted v/olf requested approval of his plans for building permits on Lots 5,6,7,8, <br />and 9 Block 6,Berqulst-Wlckland Park Addn.Begley reported favorably recomrnendg <br />Issuance of two permits wnicn was approved.Air.Wolf also requested approval of <br />permlt^^for Lots 5,6, V, 8,9 end 10, in Block 3, in same Add n. (Referred to Ean.Con^ <br />/^earing on petition of Geo.Heatncock and Maud Johnson,for vacation of Portland <br />/ Place adjacent to Lots I.and 2,Block I,Saga Hill Revised Addn.was held with no <br />I one objecting and on motion of Bagley,seconded by Schmitt,petition was approved <br />^Geo.Tlllscn and hie attorney Wm.Fox,presented plans for division of the Ferod- <br />wlll propb-'ty in Casco Point.Referred to the Plang.Com.for their recomendation. <br />Wesley Wegen and Henry Meyer were present in reference to the possible purchase <br />of^Lot I3'^3nodywood Addn.Tney werecreferred to our attorney now defending suit <br />with reference thereto. <br />John Hurley end a com.ulttee,representing the Snadywood Improvement Assn.wer'e <br />present with petitions for extension of the Mound water system to the Shady- <br />v/ood Point area.Tney were advised that a puolic hearing would be necessai'y <br />and subject should first be approved by the Village Council of Mound. <br />'•"'red Olson wss present i‘eauestlng the hard-topping of the Baldur Park Road. <br />Due to lateness of season blacktopping would be deferred but grovel would oe <br />applied to road and drainage problems cnecked to extent possible. <br />Donald wpite presented plans for a 20 lot subdivision of his property at the <br />intersection of Co.Hl-ways 19 & 84.
