Council and Planning Commission minutes and agendas for the montfe direct y <br />prior to that date indicate no record of any hearing or discussion of the matter Aug^t <br />14 meetin'^ The background information provided to tlie Council for meetings ca. 1979 (exwpt for <br />matters refated to zoning applications) was apparently not kept or microfilmed for future reference. <br />Enclosed is a copy of the pertinent August 14,1979 Council minutes.
