r <br />A RESOLUTION REGARDING AN <br />ARRANGEMENT WITH THE FAIRVIEW COVENANT CHURCH <br />FOR ACCESS TO THE SAGA HILL PARK AREA <br />WHEREAS, the City of Orono is interested in obtaining a workable, long-term <br />access to the Saga Hill park area; and <br />area; and WHEREAS, the Fairview Covenant Church owns land adjacent to the Saga Hill park <br />.....—s's.xr.vr/z; <br />WHEREAS, the current alleyway does not provide complete access to the park area <br />because it does not extend to a public roadway; and <br />Church; and <br />WHEREAS, the alleyway is a hindrance to the potential use of the property by the <br />.. ^ WHEREAS, the City has had discussions with the Fairview Covenant Church <br />regardmg obtaining access to the park using the Church property; and <br />n * • • • Church has requested the City adopt a resolution that sets out the <br />1 y s position regarding an arrangement with the Fairview Covenant Church for access to the Saga <br />Hul park area; and ^ <br />. WHEREAS, the Church has indicated to the City they would be interested in the <br />lollowing arrangement for access: <br />A.
