B.The Church will make available to the City the Church property adjacent to the park <br />area for park use for a period of approximately 15 years. <br />C. The City will maintain the property to be used for park use and will provide for a <br />bituminous overlay of the main Church parking lot. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Orono City Council does <br />hereby approve the arrangement with the Fairview Covenant Church for the provision of access to <br />the-Saga Hill area as outlined above, and does-alsa authorize the Mayor, City Staff, and City <br />Attorney to work with the Fairview Covenant Church to develop an agreement that reflects the <br />arrangement outlined above. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota at a regular meeting <br />held this 13th day of July, 1998. <br />ATTEST: <br />Gabriel Jabbour, Mayor <br />Linda S.
