r>y <br />I wr <br />‘I <br />r ‘ Y <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Commission: <br />1.That the Commission hereby ratifies the admittance of the City as a new <br />Member City upon the terms and conditions of the Agreement and the <br />franchise granted by the Commission; <br />2.That the City and Conunission shall execute an amendment to the <br />Agreement within ninety (90) days of the date of this Resolution. <br />3.That the City shall pay the Commission’s actual costs, expenses, and fees <br />associated with admittance of the City into the Commission in an amount <br />not to exceed $1,000.00. <br />4.That a copy of this Resolution shall be sent or otherwise provided to the <br />City by the Commission’s staff immediately. <br />5.That the Commission’s staff is hereby directed to discuss and negotiate <br />service extension by Triax to the City and report on the progress of such <br />discussions at the next Commission meeting. <br />6.
