Box 66 <br />Orono, MN 55323 <br />Dear Mayor Jabbour and Council Members: <br />The Lake Minnetonka Communications Commission (LMCC), after several <br />meetings of consideration, took formal action on November 18th (1997) to include <br />the City of Independence in the Joint Powers Agreement This action wiU bnng <br />them full representation and authority on the LMCC in subsequent dealings with <br />Triax Cablevision and other communication challenges that we currently share when <br />considering future innovative technologies.
