(1.906 acres) <br />Application:The application that was filed by the applicant is for a hardcover variance in <br />the 75-250 ’ setback to increase an existing residence to construct an addition. <br />The addition, as proposed, includes a guest apartment on the second floor. <br />The guest apartment requires a conditional use permit. The fees paid and <br />notices sent referred to a hardcover variance only.
