This is the second time this <br />item has been placed on the agenda and then removed at the applicant's request. <br />The Planning Commission recommended denial of their hardcover request. Staff is concerned <br />that they have asked for a delay in order to prepare alternative plans. I have prepared a letter <br />indicating that if their plan changes that they need to go back to the Planning Commission for <br />consideration. The letter also requests that they agree to a 60-day extension because of their <br />previous requests to table this item. <br />CITY COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />To table item #2290.
