(1.906 acres) <br />Application:The applicant is requesting a hardcover variance in the 75'-250' setback to <br />allow for an addition to the existing residence. The addition would include <br />a lower level storage area, workshop, and guest area. The proposed plan <br />included a guest apartment that would require a conditional use permit.
