Applicant seeks a variance to the regulations/standards of <br />the wetland ordinances of the City. You must provide hardships <br />as to why you propose filling below the 970 elevation for the <br />installation of the court and the inability to meet the require <br />26* setback from the 970 elevation (you may wish to include as a <br />finding the need to place the tennis court in a north/soutn <br />placement). Applicant should address why land area to <br />surrounded by wetlands when other contiguous land areas exis <br />within the outlot areas. <br />2, Applicant should address any other accessory improvements <br />associated with tennis court (i.e. use of lights, fencing, type <br />of court Ipaved, grassed)). <br />C. Gazebo: <br />area of the outlet. <br />2. Provide conceptual floor plan/elevations of gazebo structure. <br />3. Provide information as to how 10,000 ton pumping vehicle is <br />to achieve access to island area - hiking trails or bike paths <br />are not appropriate access ways for such intense use. <br />r <br />4. Setback of 75’ is required for any septic <br />dralnfield/tank from a wetland area (970*).
