Applicant is <br />further advised that filling for trails or any other filling below 'the <br />970 elevation that is proposed would require permit review and <br />approval from the M.C.N.O. Applicant is asked to submit a plan of the <br />trail system as soon as resolve is reached with the Corp of Engineers <br />so that the Orono Engineer can determine if compensatory excavations <br />will be necessary (compensatory excavations will be dependent upon the <br />amount of fill to be placed below 970 elevation).
