The Advisory <br />. lanning Commission shall have all the powers and duties <br />defined or granted m the Statutes and the City Code <br />planning, zoning and suodivision regulations, <br />and shall act in an advisory capacity to the Council in all <br />of such areas. <br />Source: City Code <br />Effective Date: 1-1-83 <br />SBC. 2.52. ADVISORY PARK AND RBCRFATION COMMISSION. <br />Subd. 1. Establishment. An Advisory Park and <br />Recreation Commission is hereby established. The Director <br />0.
