l>. <br />s <br />w.hi <br />Terms of Office: Members shall be apointed for two (2) year terms each <br />beginning on the first day of February providing for a rotation of two (2) <br />members one ye r and three (3) members the next et. seq. <br />(F) <br />IG) <br />Vacancies: A vacancy shall be filled by the Council for the unexpired term. <br />Compensation: Members shall serve without pay but may be reimbursed for <br />reasonable personal expense. <br />(H)Removal: Members m.ay be removed from office for cause by a four-fifths <br />(4/5) vote of the Council. <br />(1) Oath of Office: Prior to assuming the duties to which first aopointed each <br />member shall take an oath of office. <br />2-2-4:EPPECTIVE DATE: This Ordinance becomes effective upon <br />adoption by the Council and upon subsequent publication in the <br />official newspaper.
