The minority opinion <br />was that adding a second story to portions of the house in the 0- <br />75' zone would increase the visual intensity of structure near <br />the lake, and that other possibilities exist for adding to the <br />house without working in the 0-75' zone. <br />Staff Reconendation <br />Staff has drafted a resolution reflecting the majority <br />recommendation of the Planning Commission. The approval <br />resolution is attached for Council review. <br />Isv
