Briefly, the applicants propose to construct a second story addition above the existing residence, a two-level attached garage with a third level of living space, and a proposed pool. Variances required for this construction to proceed are as follows: 1. Lakeshore setback variance to allow construction above the existing residence within the 0-75' lakeshore set. nek zone. 2.
