5^ <br />^1- <br />'•V <br />rrv: <br />HT~4(W.^evr c <br />RESOLUTION FORMALLY ADOPTING <br />ADMINISTRATIVE AND PERSONNEL POLICY CHANGES TO THE PLAN <br />ADOPTED NOVEMBER 25, 1985 <br />flHBREAS, the City of Orono last viewed and adopted its <br />Administrative and Personnel Policy in 1985? and updated once in <br />1988; and <br />flHERBAS, selected organizational, legal and compensatory <br />changes have occurred subsequent to the adoption of that policy <br />necessitating change and update in that policy; and <br />WHEREAS, redraft of the policy is intended to make it <br />more easily understood by those utilizing it; and <br />WHEREAS, the policy being adopted has been appropriately <br />reviewed and updated by staff, City Council and City Attorney; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, Section 2.18 of the Orono City Ordinances <br />require adoption of such a policy by resolution. <br />WOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Administrative <br />and Personnel Policy dated November 26, 1990, be adopted in its <br />entirety to be effective January 14, 1991. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono at a <br />regular Council meeting on January 28, 1991. <br />ATTEST;Baroara A.
