This position manages, <br />designs, implements and supports critical systems, including project management (planning and <br />leading IT projects), operations, desktop support, telecommunications and computing <br />infrastructure to ensure all systems operate smoothly and efficiently. <br /> <br />Supervision Received and Exercised <br />This position reports to the Finance Director and supervises the work of the IT staff and <br />contracted IT services. <br />Examples of Work <br />Essential functions listed below are intended as illustrations of the various types of work that <br />may be performed. The omission of specific statements of duties does not exclude them if the <br />work is similar, related or a logical assignment to the position. <br /> <br />• Acts as the Lead IT Technician and is the lead contact for IT related issues. <br />• Works with network consultants in the maintenance and design of network infrastructure, <br />cloud services and remote access. <br />• Ensure data/network security through compliance with LOGIS security policy, <br />performance of periodic security scans, software patching and deployment for servers and <br />clients, website filtering, email scanning and data backup. <br />• Perform systems administration and integration for enterprise applications, cloud <br />infrastructure, and SaaS solutions. <br />• Oversees the installation, configuration and maintenance of communication and network <br />infrastructure including: server, WANs, LANs, internet connection, PC’s, iPads, cell <br />86
