It <br />does not involve solving the problem, only recognizing there is a problem. <br />• Deductive Reasoning — Able to apply general rules to specific problems to produce <br />answers that make sense. <br /> <br />Minimum Requirements <br />• Technical degree or certification in computer science, data processing, microcomputers, <br />or related field required. <br />• Two (2) years of experience in a technical computer support position, including <br />troubleshooting hardware and software problems in a Windows Server environment. <br />• Must have a valid driver license. <br /> <br />Desirable Qualifications <br />• Knowledge of a Windows Server network environment. <br />• Experience with client software applications like: Office, Adobe, Laserfiche, Cartegraph <br />and other applications. <br /> <br />Physical Demands and Working Environment <br />This position operates in an office environment, where employees are protected from weather <br />conditions or contaminants, but not necessarily occasional temperature changes. <br />85
