Review <br />Exhibit 0. The building permit was issued with all improvements <br />meeting the required setbacks and hardcover was maintained at 25% <br />within the 75-250' setback area. The Building staff explained to <br />the applicants that it may be very difficult to prove hardships <br />after all pertinent ordinances were satisfied with the issuance <br />of the building permit. <br />Please review Exhibit O, the amended or final plan includes <br />an expansion of the existing drive adjacent to the^residence <br />providing a turnaround. The plan also calls fcr/ an expansion in <br />width of the access drive within the 250-5i>--;' setback area. <br />Other improvements include a deck and patio areas along the <br />lakeside of the residence. Pilling activities requested with <br />#1786 will require the installation of retaining walls and <br />landscaped areas to be underlined with geotechnic fabric <br />(landscaped areas underlain with fabric ■ 410 s.f. or 1.7%, <br />retaining wall areas « 238 s.f. or 1%). All of these <br />improvements require hardcover variances within the 75-250' and <br />250-500' setback areas. Review factual findings noted above.
