Council chose to act on the side setback <br />portion as there was a need to proceed with the current major <br />remodeling of the existing residential structure approved with <br />the building permit issued October 1# 1992. <br />Application #1768 covers the hardcover variances and #1786 <br />is the conditional use portion of the application that deals with <br />grading activities that could not be authorised under the <br />building permit for new construction.
