A <br />Section 4. "Lot” shall mean and refer to any Lot defined in <br />the Declaration but shall not include the Common Area. <br />Section 5. "Owner" shall mean and refer to the record or equi­ <br />table owner, whether one or more persons or entities, of the fee <br />simple title to any Lot as defined in the Declaration. <br />Section 6. "Declaration" shall mean and refer to the Declara­ <br />tion of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions recorded in the Of­ <br />fice of the Hennepin county Registrar of Titles as Document No. <br />Section 7. "Member" shall mean and refer to those persons en­ <br />titled to membership as provided in the Declaration. <br />ARTICLS III <br />Meetings of Members <br />Section 1. Annual Meetings. The first annual meeting of Mem­ <br />bers shall be held within two months from the date of incorporation <br />of the Association, and each subsequent regular annual meeting of <br />the members shall be held in the same month of each year thereafter, <br />on a day and at an hour as set by the Board of Directors. <br />Section 2. Special Meetings. Special meetings of the Members <br />for any purpose may be called at any time by the president, the vice <br />president, the secretary or treasurer, or by the Board of Directors, <br />or upon written request of the members who have a right to cast <br />one-fourth (1/4) of all of the votes of the entire membership. <br />Section 3. Notice of Meetings. Written notice of each meeting <br />of the Members shall be given by, or at the direction of, the secre- <br />-2-
