f:' <br />BY-LAWS <br />OF <br />PHEASANT LAWN HOMEOWNER ’S ASSOCIATION <br />ARTICLE I <br />Name and Location <br />The name of the corporation is PHEASANT LAWN HOMEOWNER'S ASSO­ <br />CIATION, hereinafter referred to as the "Association." The ^inci- <br />pal office of the Association shall be located at <br />, Minnesota, but meetings of members and directors may be <br />held at such places within the State of Minnesota, County of Henne­ <br />pin, as may be designated by the Board of Directors. <br />ARTICLE II <br />Definitions <br />section 1. "Association" shall mean and refer to Pheasant Lawn <br />Homeowner's Association, a nonprofit corporation organized and <br />existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota, its successors <br />and assigns. <br />section 2. "Pheasant Lawn" shall mean and refer to that cer­ <br />tain real property described in the Declaration, and such additions <br />thereto as may hereafter be brought within the jurisdiction of the <br />Association. <br />Section 3. "Common Area" shall mean all real and personal <br />property owned by the Association for the common use and enjoyment <br />of the Cwners including the Common Area defined in the Declaration. <br />\
