r-' <br />tary or person authorized to call the meeting/ by sending a copy of <br />the notice by mail, postage thereon fully prepaid to each Member at <br />his address appearing on the books of the Association. Each Member <br />shall register his address with the Secretary, and notices of meet­ <br />ings shall be mailed to him at such address. Notice of any meeting, <br />regular or special, shall be mailed at least fifteen (15) days in <br />advance of the meeting and shall set forth in general the nature of <br />the business to be trauisacted, together with the place, day and hour <br />of the meeting; provided, however, that if the business of any meet­ <br />ing shall involve a rnatter which, pursuant to other provisions here­ <br />of or the Articles of Incorporation of the Association or the Dec­ <br />laration, notice of such meeting shall be given or sent as provided <br />therein. <br />Section 4. Quorum. The presence at the meeting of Members en­ <br />titled to cast, or of proxies entitled to cast, six-tenths (6/10) of <br />the votes of the membership shall constitute a quorum for any action <br />except as otherwise provided to the contrary in the Articles of In­ <br />corporation, the Declaration, or these By-Laws. If, however, such <br />quorum shall not be present or represented at any meeting, the Mem­ <br />bers entitled to vote thereat shall have power to adjourn the meet­ <br />ing from time to time, without notice other than announcement at the <br />meeting, until a quorum as aforesaid shall be present or be repre­ <br />sented. <br />Section 5. Proxies, At all Association meetings of Members, <br />each Member may vote in person or by proxy. All proxies shall be in <br />-3- <br />I
