Memo <br />November 5, 1992 <br />Page 2 <br />Please review the staff letter of October 26th which <br />responds to Dunn's request for an update on his license <br />situation. <br />C.Gayle's Marina. <br />1, Gayle has not responded to staff : ^quests fci* a meeting <br />to discuss his licensing situation. <br />Staff Recommendation <br />Staff will proceed with drafting the denial resolutions for your <br />November 23rd meeting if Council so directs, reflecting revised <br />conditions for Lakeside and North Shore Drive marinas. Alternately, <br />Council could direct staff to continue monitoring North Shore Drive <br />Marina's progress towards compliance. <br />Regarding Lakeside Marina, the issue of the east side landscaping plan <br />dates back to at least 1980-81 when it was changing ownership from <br />North Star Marina to Chaska Marina. I think it would be fruitful for <br />Council to direct staff to work with Mr. Dunn to reach a c'.nclusion <br />regarding the replacement of disrupted screening, and perhaps direct <br />the Lake Use Committee to levisit the old landscape plan and consider <br />whether it should be revised. <br />L
