After <br />the survey work was completed, it was clear that the existing garage was <br />located only partially within the property, partially on the neighboring <br />property, and partially on City right-of-way. Applicant revised his <br />application to include removal of tne garage and construction of the shed. <br />Applicant was advised of the need for building permits to construct the <br />shed, as well as the need for demolition permit to remove the existing <br />garage.
