After the survey work was completed, it was clear that the existing garage was located only partially within the property, partially on the neighboring property, and partially on City right-of-way. Applicant revised his application to include removal of tne garage and construction of the shed. Applicant was advised of the need for building permits to construct the shed, as well as the need for demolition permit to remove the existing garage.
