Vehicle-only spaces (no trailer) on public access parking lots can be <br />counted toward the total goal of 700 car/trailer spaces provided that <br />the number of such spaces counted for any given lot does not exceed 10% <br />of the total number of spaces on that lot. (Example; Out of 50 total <br />parking spaces on a lot, seven are for vehicle only. Only five of the <br />seven may be counted toward the goal of 700 [i.e., 107. of 50 ~ 5).) <br />6. All on-street spaces should meet the following additional standards: <br />6.1 Minimum length of 50 feet per space. <br />6.2 Adequate shoulder width to preclude door opening into a traffic <br />lane and to provide a safe route to the access point. <br />—Regularly -opaee4—permanefrfr—s-tgnag e stating —ransirant car/trai'ler <br />-parking only .-— <br />6.3 Of the total non-designated (non-signed) on-street parkinr spaces, <br />only 75% are considered to be reliable in order to account for non <br />access related oublic parking. <br />6.4 Designated and signed on-street car/trailer parking spaces will <br />be counted 100% for car/trailer use. <br />6.5 On-street car/trailer parking spaces must be illustrated on a plan <br />by street name on file with the LMCD. <br />8-26-92 <br />• I <br />1
