MINUTES OF THE FEGUl AR ORONO COUNCIL MEETING <br />HELD AU..UST 10, 1992 <br />(#21) INDIVIDUAL SEWER UNIT DETERMINATIONS - STUBBS BAY <br />RESOLUTIONS #3155 TO #3171 <br />It was moved by Callahan, seconded by Goetten, to adopt Resolutions <br />#3155 to #3171 determining individual sewer unit determlnatIons. <br />Ayes 4, nays 0. <br />Gaffron noted there wl I ! be an additional four resolutions <br />determining sewer units for four othe; properties presented to the <br />Council at a later date for ado-iion. <br />Moorse explained that Terry Humberf has called to set up the first <br />facllltative meeting on the Highway 12 Issue. <br />August 20, 1992 was established as the first facllltative meeting. <br />«4C«« <br />Mcorse stated the meeting with Jack Boarman and John Davies had <br />been postponed. It was rescheduled to Friday, August 14, 1992 at <br />11:00 a.m. to be held at Callahan’s -‘♦♦ice. <br />(#22) LICENSES <br />It was moved by Jabbour, <br />following Iicenses: <br />seconded by Butler, to approve the <br />SeptIc System Installer License - Clover Hill Co., Inc. <br />Coppin Plumbing <br />Firearm Use Permit - Park Gun Club <br />Ayes 4, nays 0. <br />(«#23) BILLS <br />It was fiiovad by Goattaiif sscondad by Cal laharit to approv# paywant <br />of the All Funds Account.
