MINUTES OF THE REGULAR ORONO COUNCIL MEETING <br />HELD AUGUST 10, 1992 <br />CITY ASSESSOR’S CONTRACT RENEWAL - CONT. <br />It was moved by Callahan, <br />contract renewal for the <br />$70,000. Ayes 4, nays 0. <br />seconded by Jabbour, to approve the <br />City Assessor, with an increase to <br />Callahan noted that the contract runs from September 1st and should <br />be approved prior to the contract expiration date. <br />(«4I17) APPOINTMENT OF ELECTION JUDGES FOR STATE PRIMARY - <br />RESOLUTION #3152 <br />It was moved by Goetten, seconded by Callahan, to adopt Resolution <br />#3152 appointing election Judges for the primary election to be <br />held September 15, 1992. Ayes 4, nays 0. <br />(*#18) COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AMENDMENT #4 - RESOLUTION #3153 <br />It was moved by Goetten, seconded by Callahan, to adopt Resolution <br />#3153 approving Comprehensive Plan Amendment No. 4. Ayes 4, nays <br />0. <br />(#19) ESTABLISHMENT OF WORK SESSION FOR THE CITY ADMINISTRATOR <br />PERFORMANCE REVIEW <br />Moorse said he has contacted Jim Brimeyer to facilitate with the <br />rev Iew. <br />Jabbour felt It was not necessary to invite Brimeyer to the review <br />session. <br />Staunton stated under the Open Meeting Law, the review session does <br />not have to be an open meeting, but the results would noed to be <br />pub Iished. <br />A Performance Review session was established for Thursday, <br />September 10, 1992 at 3:30 p.m. <br />(#20) ESTABLISH INTEREST RATE ON STUBBS BAY SEWER ASSESSMENT ROLL <br />> RESOLUTION #3154 <br />It was moved by Callahan, seconded by Goetten, to adopt Resolution <br />•3154 amending the interest rate applied to the Stubbs Bay sanitary <br />sewer assessment roll, as established by Resolutions #3145 and <br />#3121, and to establish the interest rate at 6.5X. Ayes 4, neys 0.
