Upon review of the <br />application, the Engineer recommended its approval rending the <br />receipt of a detailed erosion control plan. Such a plan *rould be <br />written into the permit. Further, an additional permit would be <br />necessary for the development of Parcel A of this development. It <br />was moved by Manager Lindley and seconded by Manager Love that the <br />application be approved based on the Engineer recommendation, and <br />the permit be issued upon receipt of those items set forth in the <br />Engineer's report. City of Minnetonka. <br />The Engineer reported that an issue exists concerning <br />determination of the flood plain elevation of this site. This <br />determination is important since the flood storage level is <br />cdlculdtBd b8S6d on tho ordinsry hlQh wdtior (OHW) Ridrk« <br />Currently, the City of Minnetonka and the District have <br />established different OHWs for the site. Paul Churney, of Pine <br />Engineering, appeared in support of the application. <br />indicated that adequate storage capacity exists even if the higher <br />ordinary high water mark is used as a base for the calculations. <br />Mr. Panzer indicated that all other issues have been <br />satisfactorily answered assuming that the applicant can provide <br />documentation concerning the adequacy of the storage capacity, it <br />was moved by Manager Lindley and seconded by Manager Love that the <br />permit be approved with issuance pending receipt by the Engineer <br />of documentation concerning the adequacy of the storage capacity <br />in a form and substance acceptable to the Engineer. Manager <br />Spensley asked whether there would be any storm water roanageTOnt <br />impact on other developed land in the area should the project be <br />built.
