Mr. Panzer indicated that these <br />plans have been provided to the City and that he believes they <br />will be acceptable to the City. It was moved by Manager Erickson <br />and seconded by Manager Lindley that the permit be approved with <br />issuance pending notice from the City of Minnetonka that it has <br />reviewed and approved the final grading and drainage plans. As such, it is the Engineer's recommendation that the <br />Riley Purgatory Creek Watershed District perform the lead role in <br />the review of these applications. It was moved by Manager Lindley <br />and seconded by Manager LaBounty that the applications be approved <br />based upon the Engineer recommendation, pending notification that <br />the application had received necessary approvals from tne <br />respective Cities and the Riley Purgatory Creek Watp»-shed <br />District. The DNR is only concerned with protected <br />wetlands and issues of jurisdictional wetlands under the Wetlands <br />Conservation Act are referred to the responsible governmental unit <br />— in this case, the District.
