It was moved by Manager <br />Love, seconded by Manager Thomas that the permit be approved with <br />issuance pending receipt of those items as set forth in the <br />Engineer's report in a form and substance acceptable to the <br />Engineer. Manager LaBounty expressed his concern <br />applications which have not been signed. He also questioned the <br />Engineer concerning the construction of the <br />would require a variance from normal slope requirements. Manager <br />LaBounty stated that there appeared to be a lack . <br />for this project to date.
