The various issues brought up in the May 28, 1992 letter have been discussed with the Brenemans, and I have outlined my thoughts on these in the notes attached as Exhibit F, Based on the attached documentation, discussions with the Marina operators, and in an attempt to work towards getting a license issued, I would make the following recommendation. Staff Recommendation Staff recommends approval of a license for North Shore Drive Marina for the 1992 Season, issued retroactively to include the 1991, 1990 and 1988 seasons, finding that the concerns of the City which led to the withholding of previous licenses have been satisfactorily resolved. This license is issued subject to the following conditions: 1. License is issued for 93 slips in the water, with the following breakdown; 76 rental 4 service 13 transient/rack staging/company boats/etc 93 Total 2. No more than 20 of the 72 existing dry stack spaces may be used as dry rental slips for boats stored for on- demand launching. The remaining 52 drystack slots may be used to house boats that are stored for service, sale, etc, except as noted in item 3 below.
