D. Any person violating or failing to comply with any <br />provision of this ordinance shall upon conviction thereof, <br />be guilty of a misdemeanor. <br />Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect <br />from and after its passage and publication according to law. <br />Adopted by the City Council of Orono, Minnesota on this <br />10th day of August, 1992. <br />ATTEST: <br />Dorothy M.
