She said she was unaware that <br />even Issued the licenses. <br />approved <br />the City <br />Jabbour stated the license should also list the standaras for <br />eoprovaI. <br />Moorse said he would review those standards. <br />B) Jabbour reported that the LMCD’s Task Force has hired a <br />mediator to form a consensus from the meetings. He thankea the City <br />of MInnetrlsta and Scott Carlson for their support and thanked Dick <br />Cherba tor the use of the plane. He explained that the summary <br />included In the report is based on old criteria, but the Task Force <br />has requested the summary be changed to be based on new criteria. <br />Jabbour explained that the DNR has counted 217 car/trailer parking <br />spaces• but based uoon the DNR's old criteria there are actually <br />046 parking spaces available. He said the DNR has agreed to allow <br />10* credit for parking of vehicles with canoes, jet skis and other <br />recreational vehicles. He has suggested to the DNR to reduce the <br />number of parking spaces by 145 to get to the 700 parking spaces <br />mentioned before. He added the Fisherman’s Lobuy has supported <br />Orono’s position. He said he has been told by the DNR that this Is <br />the last study they are doing on Lake Minnetonka, and feels Orono <br />IS trying to stall the DNR. <br />ENGINEER’S REPORT <br />(••7) PAY REQUEST §5 HIGHWAY 12 FRONTAGE ROAD “ <br />SEWER, WATER 0 STREET IMPROVEMENT <br />It was moved by Butler, seconded by Cal lahan, <br />request for payment to B a D underground, Inc. <br />$15,520.21 for trunk Highway 12 frontage road. <br />Street Improvements.
