Nell Ross, President <br />of International Marine Institute, stated that styrofoam Is a <br />nation-wide problem. Jabbour said that everyone he talked to was <br />willing to back the City’s position. <br />It was moved by Callahan, seconded by Butler, to adopt Ordinance <br />#104, Second Series, witli the following corrections: <br />First page, subdivision l - "Docks, platforms, byPYAx and <br />other floating structures. . <br />Change "City waters" to "City limits'. <br />Subdivision 1 - "Gasoline, fumes, <br />fumes. <br />delete the word <br />Subdivision 3, Page 2 - include buoys. <br />Subdivision 3, Paragraph B - "This exception does not <br />include repairing or replacing the existing styrofoam. <br />Ayes 3, nays 0.
