Using the money for the actual assessment, which would require <br />an entI re area to qualIfy for the use of the funds. He noted that <br />the dollar amount allocated to the City would only pay for a couple <br />property assessments. <br />2. Using the funds for the cost of the sewer connection from the <br />lateral to the residence. <br />He noted that staff recommends the sacond alternative. He said <br />that Council should determine if they wish to use 1992 or 1993 <br />funds or both.
